Hello Strangers did you miss me

Oh my gosh hello have you missed me, just looked at the date of my last post, can’t believe it’s been so long *Hangs head in shame :O(

But I have been busy honest, there is big big news, DH & I are opening a Gallery/Gift Shop owwwww eeeeee  exciting I hear you all shout - at the moment it’s all the boring bits with Solicitors & stuff but I am getting to talk to lots of lovely Designers/Makers & Artist who fingers, toes and anything else I can cross will be selling their lovely’s with us......see told ya I’d been busy ;o)

Oh PS we’ve called our new venture  Thingy-Ma-Jigs  what do you think?

I have also been working hard in the studio filling trade orders & making stock for our own Gallery/Shop *Pinches self*

Splitting myself in 2

It’s been one of those weeks/months when I’m sure I am going to meet myself coming back as I have been running around doing so many different jobs. How many hats can one person wear, designer, maker, web worker, postman, taxi driver, cook, cleaner, gardener oh & somewhere amongst that long long list WIFE........

So what have I been upto. 

I have been receiving lots of fabulous deliveries of buttons, beads, ribbons, papers & felt for my supplies shop over at etsy – summerlandsupplies, this poor shop has been neglected for many moons I actually got the shop named oh about 2 years ago, but ha we don’t want to rush these things lol

There is more but I’ll tell you about that later... tease

Round & Round & Round

Do you ever feel you’re stuck on a roundabout not knowing which exit to take...... Which direction to go........ Or which task needs tackling first. Welcome to my world at the moment, there is just so much going on & so much I want to be doing, but where to start?????

Now don’t get me wrong I am really pleased to be this busy. I could just do with another ME! Though I’m not sure my DH would be able to cope with that idea :)

 

So what has got me in such a muddle you ask.. This year I launched my new range of Frames & Mirrors which had a great reaction and generated lots of orders on top of my normal jewellery orders, 

 

Alongside all this I had opened a supply shop on Etsy selling all manner of goodies, now this little project has already been put on hold more than once –  originally opened it way, way ago gosh just checked in fact 2009 yikes now feeling even more stressed :(

So It looks like the poor Etsy shop is going to have to go on a go slow for now. As I battle through with the idea that maybe just maybe I’m not super women & do have to go to bed at some time ;)
